The food is very easily adapted to any type of fishing; the dry mixture breaks up on the surface and remains suspended in the surface layer of water and moves throughout the water column.
A wetter mix will hold large amounts of feed and particles with ease and can be formed into tight balls or pressed into the feeder so that it can melt slowly in the feedlot.
